About Fox Rock
Our mission: Fox Rock Foundation is the private family foundation established by Karen and Rob Hale to inspire health in our communities and our environment, with more opportunity for all.
Fox Rock Foundation’s name comes from a place much loved by the Hale Family. “Fox Rock” (as first named by the Hales’ children and visible in the photo above) is a large rock at the Hales’ home visited by wildlife, including foxes. Over the years, it has become a place of both joy and serenity for the family.
Fox Rock Foundation builds on the giving of Karen and Rob Hale. Fox Rock Foundation supports a wide variety of organizations within four principal areas of giving:
